The innovative design of the sealing lips, meticulously angled for precision, guarantees optimal rod sealing performance, setting a new standard in the industry.

This state-of-the-art seal showcases the maximum extrusion clearance value, indicating the utmost single-sided allowable clearance. For rod seals, it utilizes the minimum piston rod diameter and maximum clearance diameter, while for piston seals, the minimum clearance diameter and maximum cylinder diameter are considered. The HOVOO 605 seal is engineered to create an interference fit in the seal housing groove and features an additional secondary lip. This secondary sealing lip, strategically positioned behind the primary, enhances the seal's stability within the gland. The inner dynamic lip, designed to be shorter yet more robust, significantly enhances sealing and compression set characteristics compared to conventional, symmetrical U-rings. Crafted in CPU U3301, HOVOO's premium high-performance polyurethane, the HOVOO 605 ensures effortless installation and remarkable low-temperature performance.
